Connie Kreski - Miss January 1968, and Playmate of the Year 1969. Died March 21st, 1995 in Beverly Hills, CA of a blocked carotid artery, which was a result from high cholesterol.

Sue Williams (aka: Sue Hamilton) - Miss April 1965. Died of suicide September 2nd, 1969.

Donna Michelle (real name: Donna M. Ronne) - Miss December 1963, and Playmate of the year 1964 -- Suffered a heart attack in a supermarket, and died April 9th, 2004 in Ukiah, California.

I've been doing some research on former Playboy Playmates and I've some figures that I thought I'd pass along to anyone who might be interested.

Since December 1959 when the first issue of Playboy was published, 39 women who have been Playmates of the Month have passed away.

Of these 39 women...

The majority of them - seventeen, to be exact - have died of natural causes. Ten have died as a result of cancer, four have died of heart attacks, two have died as a result of post-surgical complications, and one has died of colon blockage.

Six former Playmates have died as a result of drugs - either drug overdoses (5), or adverse drug reactions (1).

Five former Playmates have been killed in accidents - four in automobile accidents, and one in an airplane accident.

Five former Playmates have no cause of death listed in their obituaries.

Four former Playmates have committed suicide.

Two former Playmates have been murdered.

May they all Rest in Peace.
