Nothing on for me at home but if I'm staying in a hotel or something similar I always wear boxers due to being woken many times by fire alarms.(always false alarms set off by someone in a state of heavy refreshment!!!)

Socks [ I mean a pair of socks - not one or three.] My wife used to accuse me of still having my shoes on in bed - when she discovered the cause was the ghastly hard skin on my heels she insisted I keep my socks on to prevent me grazing her shins.

Now I can't sleep unless I've got socks on

I´m sleeping in boxers and usually some random t-shirts. For example, last night I slept in my Guinness t-shirt bought in Dublin a few years ago. Sleeping nude is not good for your balls, dude.
