I used to watch a bit of that years ago. It always seemed any excuse for the Aussies to throw punches at any opportunity. I believe it got so bad that the Irish were on about stopping it.

BTW. England 14-0 up. I might record the rest and go back to bed for a few hours........and dream of Amber-Dawn Finch.

Idk what it's like in Queensland and New South Wales. But the union game got barely any media attention. If it weren't for the coach having a spat with the journalist, nobody would've known in Melbourne.

A hell of a lot of people of Morrissey's actual age who were part of the Manchester punk scene know that whatever his actual sexuality nowadays, Morrissey had at least two girlfriends before he was famous and his songs are not a reliable mirror of his life.

The obsessive fans, young or old, adulate Morrissey because misery loves company, they fail to understand that 'Morrissey', persona and songs, is at least 50% a comic creation.

'Technically, the results were disappointing; the conditions for the engineers were arduous in the extreme. The chaos, I might almost say panic, that reigned at these concerts was unbelievable unless you were there. Only three track recording was possible, the Beatles had no fold-back speakers so they could not hear what they were singing, and the eternal shriek from 17000 healthy young lungs made even a jet plane inaudible'
