Good idea, but if you want DL movie or watch magazine on this site you need pay first...

At first glance I sort of like the idea of including a warning about the ongoing piracy by greedheads and the material being available for free here (among other places), but OTOH I'm old enough and burnt-out enough to know that you can't save people from themselves. It just doesn't work very well, except maybe with folks who are close to you, friends and relatives and kids. With everyone else, the random strangers who are acting like chumps might be fools generally, or they could just be that way temporarily because of being young and inexperienced, and in that case they'll grow out of it. So I suggest not wasting any time or effort on it.

IIRC, the last time I paid for porn of any kind was in 1994. In my case it was mainly being forced to be on a low budget that made me stop collecting paper for a while, but then the JPEG/MPEG era began and the Innertubes posting started up and especially Usenet, and I was able to begin collecting again, only not on paper. I think the youngsters who have grown up having the Innertubes always available (and always at high speed rather than dialup) should have enough awareness and experience not to pay ridiculous prices for freebies. But if not, that's their problem, not ours.

99% of available downloads on VEF, are pretty dubious in their legality, and that might be a conservative figure

I'm not criticising, I'm bloomin Grateful and Respectful for every Uploader.

Whether they rip their own 'paid-for' DVD/VHS etc, or whether, as is a recent phenomena I've noticed, they rip the most recent "Tube" addition..... their uploads here are truly appreciated.

To have VEF then ripped-off, other than a sign of respect and awe, isn't really a contest anyone can win. Other than sitting-it-out.
This happened years ago, and the stealing sites collapsed.

If VEF allowed a 'hard-scroll' or hard emboss from uploaders to the effect
~ "Uploaded to VEF.com..." ~ "Free at VEF.com"

Would that bring too much attention to us ?

I always do and a lot, but it must worth my money... I won't spend a dime for a VHS port on DVD or a bootleg (no need to write what label I'm talking about), but I buy everything release by VS, Distribpix or anything else were some efforts were done (interview, commentary, etc.).
