I have been trying to find this particular scene for quite a while and also identify the other actress with Melanie but to no avail. I previously asked "meerteiler" if they had any info but sadly they did not. Any help especially the movie title would be greatly appreciated.

This is a tough one, but to get the ball rolling...

My best guess is "Girls Gone Bad 7" as Melanie's partner is wearing the same earrings and has the same stocking design. However, the couch is absent and they are "doing it" on a desk instead.
