To Kill A Mockingbird at 50.

Just repeated on BBC4; very good television. The interview with the Imperial Grand Wizard of the KKK was really disturbing not least because the man kept his composure more successfully than Andrew Smith, the presenter. His positions were much as one would expect, but he explained them with impeccable courtesy and was not troubled or angered by Smith's unconcealed consternation and indignation over matters such as the foully racist Christmas card. He didn't mind that Smith was appalled by some of what he said; he was not offended at all. Smith held himself together professionally and allowed the man to finish saying all he wanted to say; that was all he wanted, to be heard out. His calm, his serene patience, I found much more sinister than any foaming-at-the-mouth ranting would have been.

Default Person of Interest

Feels very much like a story which started forming because of 9/11
and the need to cash in on the popularity of Michael Emersons Lost Character,Scheming mastermind Benjamin Linus.

Not quite the same intensity of say a 24 hours which it is mimicking in many ways so who knows how it will turn out.

Person of Interest is an American crime drama series created by Jonathan Nolan for CBS, who serves as an executive producer alongside J. J. Abrams, Bryan Burk, Greg Plageman and David Semel.

The series stars Jim Caviezel as Reese, a presumed dead former CIA agent who is approached by a mysterious billionaire named Finch (Michael Emerson) to prevent violent crimes before they happen by using an advanced surveillance technology. Their unique brand of vigilante justice attracts the attention of two cops, Carter (Taraji P. Henson) and Fusco (Kevin Chapman), whom Reese uses to his advantage as he investigates persons of interest

Whens it airing in Australia...the 10.45/11.30pm slot on free to air TV friday night on channel 9

First 2 episodes streaming...first one expires in a day

Australian Site

Its on the CBS site

"According to CBS, Person of Interest received the highest test ratings of any drama pilot in 15 years, what one CBS executive called "crazy broad appeal you don't usually see." The ratings prompted CBS to move CSI, which had occupied that slot for over 10 years, to Wednesday 10/9c to make room for Person of Interest.

The pilot episode won its time slot, drawing 13.2 million viewers."

Pilot was interesting with enough twists which werent predictable to make it worth watching

Not quite the Ben & Lock show from Lost but will be interesting to see where it goes from here

I'm really digging The Middle, the more I watch it! Afterall, Patricia Heaton Rules!! Just wish she still had the hair style she had in the later Raymond episodes!

I just bought the entire Seinfeld TV Series on DVD.

And by the way, they're real- and they're spectacular.

Big Bang Theory is my current favourite. I have to admit though, that I'm a sucker for any sci-fi, good or bad.
