It is interesting that she was considered for the voice of Lady Penelope Creighton-Ward on the Thunderbirds series, given to Sylvia Anderson, but WAS the "Good Morning" voice in The Prisoner series.
When I watched The Old Dark House (1963) her voice drove me crazy as I did not know HER but I did know that voice. |

Fenella Fielding
She was the voice of the radio and speakers in 1960's TV series, 'The Prisoner'. She was Gerry Andersons choice to be the voice of Lady Penelope, in Thunderbirds but his wife, Sylvia, strongly object and said, 'NO!, She is mine'.
