nope, it's from a French tabloid "Public" . it made the cover.

if you havent noticed, the paparrazzi thing is being panned by all the "legitimate" news these days to try and kill it. Rather like hollywood doesnt have naked women anymore.

I may be wrong & time will tell whether or not this is real with more scans from that mag but here's my doubts explained.

You can find tons of paparazzi photos from this holiday with Emma Watson wearing the same yellow trunks but in all she is wearing a black slip top:



If the supposed shot is real, the paparazzi are photographing her at the one time she has removed her top & her reaction is to smile & photograph them back?

Also, where are the other shots of her without her top on?

Because I can't find it, or any other versions of that supposed scanned page.

Even Public's website seems devoid of any mention of this scoop.

My suspicion is that this has not really appeared in Public magazine & that the page is an elaborate hoax.

That page would be very easy to fake, same with the photo if it has had the black slip top she wears in all the other shots from that holiday removed.

Like I said at the beginning of this post, time will tell if it is real because more scans of Public with this story should turn up at least & other tabloids should cover this.

Until then, I remain skeptical.

I would tend to do agree normally, there is a massive discussion thread on phun about the whole thing. I don't see a reason for us to waste our time rehashing What they have painstakingly, in depth argued about since it dropped last week. if you pop over to phun.org forum and look at the first page you'll find both the picture thread and the discretion thread. I'm sure you will find way more information than you ever cared about. They even had one guy who bought the magazine online and scanned it. Personally, I'm not 20 so her nudes or not nudes are not a major thing to me. Now if it was Heather Locklear or Heather Thomas in 1985 topless that would be a whole different story.

Oh I agree, I'm not particularly interested in the photos myself. Not actually too fond of any paparazzi shots taken while pestering people on holiday. My interest in the subject is based on my being a moderator & having to decide on real or fake.

Such a true statement, if you keep your clothes on you can't be photographed naked/nude/topless/bottomless etc etc.

That being said, my vote is for Nearly all of the women in the celebrity section just take off their clothes permanently and wander around back and forth in front of my house.

I miss when we had real nude scenes instead of the Disney crap we have today. Pretty much, I'm sick and tired of being treated like a 9-year-old kid. What they call "adult drama" Today is insultingly, insipidly, stupid.

Especially sex scenes where the woman leaves her bra on.
If she doesn't want to be nude or the studio doesn't want to pay or they want to get a toddler rating just fade out at the bedroom door.
