Her name appears to be Nina here? Looked a the table of contents and there is no clue as to a last name.

I hate to be a downer here but I looked a little more into that issue that I posted in the online back catalogue; they are calling her Nina and note that she did not appear nude in the magazine.

I read that little story that Swank did about her and maybe for once we can believe what a porn magazine has said: "unfortunately she decided to quit modeling shortly afterwards...." I think that is all you are going to find on whatever her name is.

Looks like mystery appeared as "Angie" in the September '89 issue of Cavalier.
