Yes, I had this trouble too, posted and (I assume) got modded. It turns out that zippyshare is banned in some countries (inc. Britain). I've downloaded with Tor and all is ok (although now and again I guess the Tor connection comes out in a banned location and you still get the 403 error message).

A pseudonymous author, true name unknown, "Cyrian Amberlake" was seen occasionally in Janus in the 1990s, and he also wrote a few novels. Somewhat in the Richard Manton vein.

Here the "Domino" series, most M/f BDSM with a Story of O flavor to it. Not a bad writer . . .
