Have collected several pics of this beauty over time, but I have never been able to find her name, complete pic sets, or any vids. Hope a VEF member can point me in the right direction. Thanks in advance for your help!

Doing an image search with a couple of the files that you provided leads, somewhat at random (IOW, non-definitively), here, where she's also called Sally:

But I'm not claiming that that's her real or dominant name. Also, I looked at every Sally in the list of PMT models on indexxx and didn't see her. So go figure.
