This is Collection Film #76- Revenge at the Springs. The model has been referred to as "Nikki", BV calls her (wrongly) Nikki Charm. She is also in Pretty Girls films #90 and #93 as Nikki.
I've also read somewhere that she continued her career under a different name (that I can't recall) specializing in IR films. Aha, I believe the article said she became Jean Afrique (Jeanette Dyrkjaer), though this would have made her quite young for these 70's films, Jeanette Dyrkjaer was born in 1963.
