The film was called "Foolish Pleasures". One of my favorite films with Carol. As usual however her charms were not fully advantaged...IMHO.

You're probably thinking of Deep in the Bush, in which she wore what I'd call a silver wig while she serviced Tony Montana. The scene was frequently (and annoyingly) interrupted for a minute or two of Fallon soaking in a bath tub. Immediately after the scene with Montana, she had a g/g with Angela D'Angelo. And after that scene, the video returned to Fallon (still in the tub; the water must have been getting cold by then), who was visited by Tony Montana for another sex scene. An odd thing about the video is that Carol's name appears on the box, but not in the video's onscreen credits. Nor does her likeness appear on the box covers. Here's an unfortunately low-res pic of the front cover and three low res. vidcaps from Carol's two scenes, found on an online streaming site:



Tony Montana is the faceless male presence in the first two vidcaps. Carol, seen from behind, alas, is attending to Angela D'Angelo in the third. The almost-glowing wig is very visible.

P.S. I was answering Doctorati, who had asked in which video did Carol wear a white wig. I mention this to give context because this was (IIRC) my first posting in VEF and I didn't have the wit to quote his posting, which has since been deleted.

Also, Cal Jammer is dead (like John Dough, a suicide) and Tony Montana is HIV positive since 1999, according to his info on the Excalibur website. I'm not sure if knowing how many of her former partners in porn are dead or seriously ill would help her get on with her life . . . instead, she might find it depressing. Ironically, Mark Wallace had the most scenes with Carol (at least 10, or 11 if I include their scene from Cat Scratch Fever, where the penetration looks faked), and Tony Montana tied with Don Fernando for second most scenes (at least 8 in both cases). Randy West, who AFAIK is still alive and well, came next with at least 7, while the late Jon Dough had at least 6 (in a three-way tie with Frank James and Ray Victory; and Dough had 7, if you include the oral-only scene in Sweet Tease), followed by the late Buck Adams with at least 5 (tying with Jerry Butler, feh!), then the late Cal Jammer with at least 4. (Jammer also talks about how good it is to Do It with Carol in the interviews-interspersed-with-sex-scenes video Sex Lives on Porno Tape. Carol's own on-camera interview in that one is priceless!)

If you're wondering where I'm getting these numbers, a year and change ago I made a list of who Carol had sex scenes with and totalled them. (I am obsessed, and sometimes my inner nerd wants out to play.) That score card is not the final word, since there are a few of her videos which I don't have, and for which IAFD has no list of scenes (such as Girls in the Mist, Hot Squack, Jungle Beaver [if it actually exists], etc.).

I have a feeling this post has gone on too long. Sorry if anyone's eyes glazed over.

The re-release has a blonde -- Lynn LeMay, I think -- on the box cover, and instead of Carol stripping, the same blonde is getting laid behind the opening credits; which is annoying, since the same scene (which was added to the reissue, fortunately not replacing either of Carol's scenes) is repeated in full later in the video.

The video is also an example of how cheesy porn video production standards are. Both of Carol's scenes are supposed to be taking place in her apartment in the same evening. The couch is the same, but the walls are different in the second scene. And the same couch was also in the strip club in an earlier scene. Carol changed clothes between scenes, but that, at least, makes sense.

If you're curious, the pic on the left is from her second scene in Dirty Lingerie, and that's Jon Dough's arm and leg co-starring (her first scene is a g/g, unfortunately not with Nina Hartley nor Victoria Paris, who are also in the video, but with Natasha Skyler, a much less attractive lady). The middle one is from Hollywood Bikini Party Girls (they didn't quite get the title right in the magazine this pic is taken from). The one on the right is from Candy Ass, and her knee is partly concealing Frank James's face. Candy Ass is the only one of the three which displays Carol on the box covers; but oddly, she's a blonde on the box and a brunette inside. Frank James also joined Carol (blonde) on another couch in Beeches. He's a big guy, and in both scenes it was obvious that Carol was devoting much of her attention to not falling off the couch. The lady is a real trouper!

P.S. I've come across the pic from Hollywood Bikini Party Girls (the one in the middle, above) in the Summer 1990 issue of Video-X, but it has an odd difference. In Dman's posted pic (above), Marc Wallice has somehow been removed from the photo, though a trace of his leg is visible next to Carol's hands. In Video-X, Marc is present and accounted for, and presenting arms:



Yet, the text in the white rectangle is the same in the Video-X version. I wonder if the same page (almost) appeared earlier (or later) in an associated magazine, and an editor got nervous about how close the lady's tongue was to Wallice's tool. Whatever the reason for the case of the missing Mark, the version of the photo I'm posting here has a higher resolution than the altered version.

P.P.S. I see that the third pic in Dman's original posting has gone dead. (Later: the third pic has returned to life on Dman's posting, but it's still missing in my quote above, so unless Dman thinks I should delete it, I'll leave it in this post, below.) Dman may replace it, or it may come back to life of its own accord (I've seen that happen in my own postings), but at least for the moment, I'll repost the pic of Carol on the striped couch with Frank James, and also add another version of the same photo. Dman's photo may have come from a tiny pic in an ad for videos, such as this one (third ad from the top) although the one in the ad hasn't been flipped, and the concealing black circle is smaller, so the source wasn't this ad:

I think you're responding to my posting about Public Enemy . . . in which case, sorry, I wasn't being clear. I meant to say that the clips were from (blonde) Carol's first sex scene in Public Enemy (first of three scenes, that is). I've edited the original post to try and remove the ambiguity.

It's difficult to figure out what her first sex scene was. I have several interviews which she had in magazines, and, going by the description of her first scene in one (she said, assuming the interview was for real, that her first scene ever was outdoors with Mark Wallace), her, ah, maiden voyage may have been in The Girls of Double D #6, which is a very good scene, and she was a redhead in that one. I'm guessing, though, because she didn't state the video's title.

However, interviews in skin magazines are not all that reliable. The interview may never have taken place and some hack writer may have taken a press release and made the whole thing up (which is not to say that this never happens with more "reputable" magazines). And the interviews contradict each other, for example as to whether or not she's bisexual (one says yes, two others, one of them her on-camera interview in Sex Lives on Porno Tape, say no), where she grew up, what her first sexual experience was like, etc.

One interview has her "saying" her first g/g scene was in all-lez The Girls are Busting Loose (she's with Cheri Taylor in her first scene, though that one may not have been shot first, and with Taylor and two others in her second scene), and another has her "saying" it was with Nina DaPonca (or DePonca) in another video which seems from the description to be Bet Black (in this case, she didn't name the video; she said she couldn't remember the title).

Wikipedia is not always reliable--it once (mis)informed me that Madison Stone was dead, though that flakey datum was soon removed, and Madison seemed to be alive and well (though covered with tattoos, alas) on her blog last month. But it used to have a short article about Carol which stated that she first appeared in Who Shaved Trinity Loren (in which she has a g/g with Frankie Leigh), though no documentation of that statement was given.

But, then the cheapjack productions she was in for Leisure (under a hydra-headed bunch of different names) probably didn't have costuming in the budget and the stars had to bring their own.

I wonder if she had trouble getting stains out of the white dress . . .

You may already know this, but I'll try to identify the sources of the pix. The two in the top row and one on the left in the second row are from Carol's second scene in Butts Motel. That's Jerry Butler performing obesiance to the goddess on her porcelain throne. (I just realized that the commode she's sitting on isn't visible in these pix; sorry if the reference to the porcelain throne baffled anyone.) Near the beginning of the video, Carol has a g/g with Sasha while Butler watches them through a peephole. (The video is a limpdicked parody of Robert Bloch & Alfred Hitchcock's movie Psycho.)

the pic to the right in the second row is, as any fool can plainly see (phrase stolen from the late, great Al Capp), the front cover of the box for The All American Girl, the second of five videos in The Carol Cummings Show series, and which has one of my top fave CC scenes. She's with Jon Dough in a large indoor hot tub or jacuzzi, or a small indoor swimming pool.

The pic making up the bottom row is probably from her second scene in Torrid House. I'd have to check out the video to be positive of that, but she's with Robert Bullock and they're not on a couch (so it isn't from America's Most Wanted Girl), nor are they doing it on the floor (so it isn't from Live In, Love In). (Much later: Yes, it is from Torrid House, and see the P.S. below.)

Getting back to Butts Motel (first in a series, but the only one of the series with Carol, alas), when Carol walks in to the room with Butler and Sasha, she's very tanned and dark skinned, almost like she has Africans in her family tree (relatively recently, that is -- if you go back a few million years, we all have Africans in our family trees, according to current thinking, though a recent discovery has caused some to argue for Asia as the cradle of mankind; but I digress). Next to her, Butler and Sasha look pasty-white. I recall one of her detractors (and she has them; no accounting for lack of taste) whom I've run across online complaining about her obviously visiting tanning salons. I'm not sure if they preferred that she (1) tan naturally, (2) not tan at all, or (3) tan while wearing a bikini so that she would have tan lines. I know some porn fans are big on tan lines, but I'd prefer that, for example, Madison Stone and Nina Hartley had tanned nude, or not at all. I'm with C.S. Lewis on the subject. He, or at least the narrator in his fantasy story "The Shoddy Lands" compared the look to leprosy.

Carol, of course, is a blonde in the video, and Buck Adams also has blond hair on this occasion, as on the first set of box covers, on the left, above. My guess would be that the second version, on the left above, with Carol in a brunette wig on the box covers, is a reissue, but that's just a guess. I wonder what the book or ledger or whatever she's holding is supposed to be.

In both cases, the back cover text misinforms. Buck Adams is playing a power-hungry gangster, not a good guy, even if he is eliminating competing gangsters.
