A few clips from the 1965 Film, Do Not Disturb. Good, but doesn't quite do justice to her fine, fine ass! From the web...
Bob Hope stated with dead-on accuracy that Day had the best behind in the Hollywood of her time and dubbed her “jut-butt.” I also saw, on of all things, the TCM site that he called her JB on the air. Now we know why! I can't find the quote, but James Garner also said she had by far the best rear in hollywood. She clearly worked out....I will at some time put up a clip of her from her TV show in a bikini, showing off more ab muscle than in the image from Glass Bottom Boat, taken years before! You have to remember, not only was she a huge singing star during and after WW2, but was in movies from the late 40's and was the number one box office star for 5 straight years!
From Wiki, As of 2009, Day was the top-ranking female box office star of all time and ranked sixth among the top ten box office performers (male and female) I assume that's adjusted gross, but still. It would be like Julia Roberts doing Penthouse at the height of her fame, only many, many years earlier. Even if she said she would have liked to pose nude, she would only do it for Pl@yboy. But, no way...her fans would have been mad, if she wouldn't do the Graduate, which would have been a boon to her career, she would hardly do a Penthous or Pl@ybvoy spread .... like with the Barbara Eden you tube clip I found, stumbled across this clip as well...holy Moley! Here she is on the Tonight Show, with Johnny Carson. 1974( She was 52 at the time) If only the quality was better! Must have been really, really cold in the studio that day...and she was clearly braless....
CRAP!!!! Clip just freezed 1 minute into it's 6 minute length. Don't know what the issue is with part one. I have downloaded it several times(4-5), seems like it would play on it's own, then not on windows media player...but also has been a very small sized clip...don't download it yet, just look at the caps, pt2 strangely enough seems just fine.(EDIT: Still can't get it to convert properly, sorry..will try later) [ mod edit - dead link(s) removed]     Pt 2. Its downright funny watching Doris try in vain to keep her girls covered. They must have been claustrophobic, they are forever peaking out around her sweater. No joke, somewhere deep down in a salt mine are thousands of Tonight Shows...they are safe, but when will something ever be done with them??? Carol Wayne is sitting next to her, not at her best, sadly.
