She is known as Elvira Stoiber in „AHV-Report II - Elviras perverse Kaffee Fahrt“ by libosan :

When Conny Dachs approaches her at the carpark in „Straßenflirts 41“ she introduces her as Vera and her partner answers his name is Ronald.

I wouldn't give a lot on the Elvira Stoiber ID as this is from a compilation released c. 2015. The scene is most likely from Deutscher Strassenverkehr c. 2003.

The Strassenflirt ID as Vera is more reliable.
At the magma-website she is Credited as Vera and he as Roland.
The bloke is also in Mama im Swingerclub, Deutscher Strassenverkehr Simones Hausbesuche 22. He is also in the requested scene.

Just a wild guess . . . the "mystery" pictures are small and of low resolution.

"Mystery" is probably not Kimberly Kupps . . .but she was my first thought when I saw the screen caps.

No . . .turns out she is German Vera, from "Best of Geil Mit 40".

The 10:10 minute video segment featured in the "mystery" screen caps is streaming at several sites under the title: "German Vera - Best of Geil mit 40"

There are at least 3 more videos of her streaming at various sites, but I have not yet been able to find her listed at egafd. Will keep scrolling through the listings.
