My sin is that I can't post pics. I've had advice twice from mods, but it seems this rubbish and ancient PC has a CPU that can't function nor relate to 14 year advanced image hosters.

I am distantly related to this lady,as said before, and have some family snaps...then again, she was about 8/10 years old, so they might not be allowed here. Even in overcoats and scarves

All I wanted to say was that Kay always saw herself as a "film actress" who enjoyed bonking. She was a 'new-age-hippie' before that stereotype was realised. She has always been into alternative lifestyles, mental and spiritual lifestyles that is. She stayed at a commune once...for about a week, until the bus returned and she fled.

At certain times she regarded herself as a bit of a prude, especially in her chosen career, which was odd.

But, when you look at her catalogue, she is that.

Someone who wanted to act, didn't balk at having a "bonk-or-two".

Never a stripper, never a hooker and never in the gutter like Nina and others.

She is a lady that can actually enhance the sordid world of porn, in PR terms, because she was above it, the sleaze and the threats..she was above it mentally and spiritually. She may have been lucky in terms of her associates - manager/producers etc, in that respect.
Like Uschi, she may have lucked-out with some semi-decent people.

If "porn" ever needed proof that some participants were free-spirits and not drugged-out and cash-greedy opportunists...

Kay Parker is the symbol. A beautiful and truly honest lady.

A shared cousin who is in more casual contact said that she thinks Kay was the Shirley MacLaine of an alternative Hollywood.
When you look at her writings, and also Ms MacLaine's you'll understand.
Shirley had very powerful friends in and out of Hollywood....Kay had herself.

A really honest and beautiful lady.

I though it wise to redo my earlier Kay portrait from Taboo 1. Now that I have better caps this looks sooo much better. Although I prefer a blue robe I decided to leave it teal as it is in the film (even though I monkeyed around with color balance and a little painting in the corner). Higher rez caps are decidedly more fussy to piece together but the results are, well, kind of nice.
