Website/forum free hosting suggestions

Hello,

I'm recently thinking about making a forum or website (PHP/MySQL), and was looking for a free host to experiment.
I only found a few which doesn't allow adult content (tumblr) or which require a phone number (googlesite/blogger).

Do you have any suggestion?

I don't think that Wordpress require a phone number...

WIX also don't seem to mind adult content, but for some reason don't seem to rate highly on search engines, unlike Wordpress.
