Continuing right along .... the original idea of one post was too much to comfortably edit, so I had to split it up ....

Its interesting to note that it appears that the job of 'weather girl' on one Berlusconi's TV channels, which is the bait offered to bed these girls ... an indicator of 'weather' or not you attracted his roving eye? Up next, and again in no particular order.

Sabina Began:

Sabina Began, is an actress of a certain age (36, seems too old for B's tastes), has 'confessed' to 'Sky Tg 24' her "true" love for Berlusconi. "I am the Bunga Bunga" she said."Orgies? 'It's one thing invented, it is absurd'. And Berlusconi "has never had sex with Ruby, and even with Letizia" ... so 'batting' for the home team eh?



Florina Marincea:

Florina Marincea, was a competitor of "The Beauty and the Geek 2" anda serious 'wannabee'. Is "caught" twice while going to the house of Italy’s PM, Silvio Berlusconi with another 'Cuban' woman, in a car with dark windows. She is a star in România, as the presenter of a 'reality' show. The film shows her with one Lele Mora, the man who has allegedly delivered escorts to Berlusconi over the years ... Mora is already under investigation for prostitution facilitation!! When she returned to Romania, Florina told the tabloid Libertatea that she’s ashamed of being Romanian .... “I’m still really ashamed right now too, when I see that Italy is full of Romanian prostitutes, who walk around the streets in the middle of the night wearing nothing but bikini, not to mention thieves who are not satisfied with stealing, they also kill people. There were times when I was afraid to speak Romania on the street” .... 'pot calling the kettle black' comes to mind!!




Mara Carfagna:

Mara Carfagna is now the Minister for 'Equal Opportunity' for the members of the 'Freedom Party', and also a Member of Parliament. She is also a former nude model and showgirl who has known Berlusconi since her modelling days. In 2007 (when she was 31, and Silvio a mere 'callow youth' of 71), the PM declared "If I wasn't already married, I'd wed her".... his wife was less than happy




Raffaella Fico:

Raffaella Fico, was a reality TV 'star' on the Italian 'Big Brother' show. She became well known in 2008, when in September that year, when she was 20, she declared she was putting her virginity up for auction, for €1 million. Its not known if she sold it or who could have paid that sum, I mean how many Billionaires are there in Italy, who would pay that for a sha... Oh OH! Anyway this auction brought her cheap celebrity, and she took part in the 'Celebrity Survivor' TV contest. She allegedly took part in the bunga-bunga parties at Villa San Martino .... where although she didn't earn €1m Euro, she at least garnered enough funds so that she could buy a flat in Rome and finance an acting course!! As she says in an phone interception: "You can not understand, can not understand what the heck goes on there [Acore]... you just bang"




Barbara Faggioli:

Barbara Faggioli is from Sardinia, and is a former playboy model. Silvio Berlusconi did not hesitate to lend a helping hand when she ran into troubles, and offered her job opportunities within his television kingdom. She participated to several TV programmes: Camera Cafè (Italia 1), Records' Show (Canale 5) and a couple of soaps on the Italian national broadcaster's RAI2. Allegedly the plan was to allow her to run for a place on Milan's city council. She has said that she had received almost no calls from the agents after the scandal exposure .... Really? I wonder why.




Iris Berardi:

Iris Berardi, is a young woman who may also have attended Arcore as a minor. Apparently she contacted Mr Berlusconi three days after her 18th birthday in the New Year of 2010. She was seen by the Prime Minister on other occasions ..... she is recorded on telephone intercepts complaining to her mother because she wants more money from Berlusconi, but is recorded as saying that "I can't tell him I need 200 thousand euros for a bar ... he will tell me to fuck off" ..... nice

Leoni Ludovica, She complains, in a phone tap, speaking to Cipriani, "Ale and Ludovica, came together in the room [with Berlusconi]. .. afterwards I came alone. Maria Rosaria Rossi, is a lawmaker i.e. MP for Berlusconi's party or allies ... recorded on the phone intercepts: "Oh what a drag you are, two friends, then bunga, bunga, until two in the morning, I will meet you?".And then adds: "You're down, I'm coming down then, to meet you" and then "Yes, no, I participated, for heaven's sake, however, I'll tell you one thing, he has an important day tomorrow, if I stay, I'll leave close to midnight after dancing, eh?"



Katia Caterina Pasquino:

Katia Caterina Pasquino shared a flat with 'Ruby', then the complained of a theft (well ruby is a thief!) .... Ruby said, "I said she had had sex with Berlusconi" ... so that OK then.



Maylin Aguirre:

Maylin Aguirre, Cuban model and showgirl, she posed for Max and the has competed for the Miss World title in 2008. She is the 'Cuban' mentioned earlier in these posts .....



Finally, Noemi Letizia:

Noemi Letizia, is the 18 yr old who received a gold and diamond necklace (worth €6,000) on her 18th birthday, it was attended by her husband Silvio and no one suggests that anything happened here, but this was the event, which triggered the publicity, that brought the 30-year marriage of the Italian billionaire to an end. It was in 2009."I have not been to Acore in the last year," she said."I'm a good girl, I stay home and study." .. I read one report which suggested that her marriage had since collapsed.



As the PM said “Having a passion for beautiful women is better than being gay” .... But as "Ruby" said: "I call him Papi. But Noemi has his eye, I am just the ass"

Renate Müller was a German singer and actress in both silent films and sound films, as well as on stage. Müller entered films in the late 1920s and quickly became popular. She was considered to be one of the great beauties of her day and was seen to embody fashionable Berlin society. She starred in more than twenty German films, including Viktor und Viktoria in 1933. Notably, this cross dressing role was the last major reflection of Weimar liberalism (the world of Isherwood and his character 'Sally Bowles'), as Hitler swept in to power later that year.

The Nazi Party rise initially saw her regarded as an embodiment of the ideal Aryan woman (especially after Dietrich's move to Hollywood) and she was courted and promoted as Germany's leading film actress. A meeting with Adolf Hitler in the mid 1930's resulted in Müller being offered parts in films that promoted Nazi ideals .... however all was not as it seemed.

Her very sudden death in 1 October 1937 aged just 31, was initially reported in the Nazi controlled German press as being caused by epilepsy. Not a condition that normally killed ... even under the circumstances of Nazi Germany, this death was considered unusual, and shortly afterwards the same press changed the story to say that she had died as a result of a fall from her hotel window .... a suicide. But the story didn't end there ... according to a UK Channel 4 documentary "Sex and the Swastika", in February 2009, she was said to have jumped from a Berlin mental home window (possibly trying to escape), and not a hotel .... She was known to have become addicted to morphine, and this was possibly why they had chosen an asylum. They had locked her in the asylum after it was found that she had a Jewish lover but had refused to end the relationship. It was then theorised that she took her own life when her relationship with Nazi leaders deteriorated after she showed unwillingness to appear in propaganda films.

Investigations after the war found several witnesses who recalled seeing several Gestapo officers entering her apartment building shortly before she died. It has been asserted by some that she was either murdered by the Gestapo officers, who threw her from the apartment window, or that she panicked when she saw them arrive and jumped, they then took her to the mental asylum to make it look like a suicide by a drug addict.

The true circumstances surrounding her death will probably remain unclear, with other biographers stating that she checked into a Berlin hospital for knee surgery (some sources say drug addiction). She apparently fell or was pushed out of a third-story window and died instantly. The murder theorists suggest that the regime feared her fleeing Germany and that she was going to turn traitor (as they considered Garbo's 'defection'). Oddly although her death was apparently deeply felt across Germany, and she was mourned by her many fans, they weren't even allowed to attend her funeral.

Kathleen Eloise Rockwell gained her fame as a dancer and vaudeville star. She grew up in Washington state, and her stepfather was comparatively well off, so she lived in a large mansion. But the families fortunes fluctuated, and this created tension in the family .... her parents sent the rebellious teenager to boarding school (and we all know how that ends ), but she was expelled for breaking the rules. The family broke up and she moved with her mother to New York.

She had an unsuccessful attempt at breaking into vaudeville in the chorus, where she eked a living but no fame, and aged 26 she then she decided to move somewhere where men had lots of money. A place where a moose in a dress looked sexy, and no one cared if a willing gal could sing or dance ... but during the 'Gold Rush', the land route was controlled by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, who held a tight leash on prospective miners and various hangers-on trying to get to the Yukon and find their fortunes in the gold fields. They had seen many girls like Kate before, so they refused her entry. Undaunted she is reputed to have donned a boy's outfit and jumped on a boat headed for the Yukon .... she arrived in Alaska in 1899. Thus was born the legend of the original "Klondike Kate"

She started working as a tap-dancer in Whitehorse, but moved to Dawson City as a member of the Savoy Theatrical Company. She was was very popular with the miners (but who wasn't?), and it was them who was dubbed her "Klondike Kate". Her most popular act was the “flame dance.” for which she she wore an elaborate dress adorned with red sequins and a large cape. Under the cape she carried a cane affixed to more than 200 yards of red chiffon. Removing the cape she danced and twirled the chiffon which resembled flaming fire.

After their dances, stage performers like Kate had the job of spending the rest of the night mixing with the patrons and encouraging them to spend their money at the bar .... she no doubt supplemented her stage earnings for gold ..... During her first year in Dawson City, Kate made $30,000 while wearing expensive gown such as her $1,500 gown from Paris. It was while she was in Dawson that she met one Alexander Pantages, at that time a struggling waiter and bartender, who eventually rose to become theatre owner based mainly on her money .... plus some sharp practices

To say he was unscrupulous is to put it politely, but she entered in to an intense love affair with the Greek Pantages and their rows and reconciliations became the stuff of legend in the Yukon and elsewhere. They probably both played around, and they were both not above swindling unsuspecting miners, and this treacherous quality eventually infected their own relationship. She later accused him of reneging on a promise to marry her as well as attempting to swindle her out of her share of the money ..... she was probably correct, but he no doubt could have pointed at some of her activities.

While Kate was away earning money, Pantages met and married a younger girl from the “right side of the tracks.” Kate was heartbroken, and sued Alexander for breach of promise to marry her. “The woman declares that by her earnings as a vaudeville performer in the Klondike during the early strike she enabled Pantages in five years to jump from poverty to riches, from a waiter in a dance hall in Dawson to the position of theatre magnate,” reported the Dawson Daily News in June 1905. The case was settled out of court, leaving Kate with a settlement of between $5,000 and $60,000, depending on the sources .... it was likely to have been at the higher range in view of her previous earning levels.

In 1902, the Klondike Gold Rush was already dying out and she headed south, first to British Columbia where she set up an early "storefront theater" showing movies, but eventually moved to eastern Oregon, where she seems to have played been a social recluse. She was never able to hit upon a way of reviving any of the fame she had briefly held in Alaska, although she made full use of the memories at "Sourdough" reunions in the 1930s. These provided her with a measure of fame, as did the training of young Hollywood starlets in the 1940s.

Near the end of her life she married a miner named John Matson, who remained in Alaska, while she stayed in Oregon. They were together for 13 years and they wrote each other two letters each year. In 1946, one of Matson’s letters did not arrive on schedule Kate began to worry, and soon after his body was found frozen about 12 kilometres from his remote cabin.

Later, Kate settled in Oregon and married twice before passing away peacefully in 1957, at age 80. Her last years were spent mostly as a living symbol of the Gold Rush. She died in 1957.

• Ernie Pyle has a chapter about Klondike Kate (who he calls 'Kate Rothrock') in his book 'Home Country'.
• In September of 1938, Time magazine ran a story on a 'Sourdough' reunion ""Swapping tall stories, but doing little whooping in the Multnomah bar which, like other Oregon taprooms, serves no hard liquor, were such diverse sourdoughs as Henry Macaulay, the first mayor of Dawson, and scores of old Yukon prospectors, storekeepers, mails clerks"... Kate would have known Mr Macaulay.
• Klondike Kate could make up to $500 a night in Dawson City’s dance halls during the Klondike Gold Rush.

Occasionally I get requests for more pictures, film links, videos (sometimes from people who have actually posted the odd thanks ) .... usually I try to help if I can, but only rarely do they result in a further posting ... mainly because I have 'done the post', and I want to leave it to them to do their own postings. However, I got a request from a regular thanker and friend of this thread SIT, for more information on Michela Vittoria Brambilla .... sadly I have to let him down very gently, and start by saying that she is not directly linked to 'Bunga Bunga', or at least rather, the Italian press haven't dared make any allegation that big. She is famous for being a very loyal member of the crew aboard 'Battleship Berlusconi', and as the chief 'Entertainment Officer', who busies herself ensuring the crew stay loyal to their Admiral. Officer Brambilla regularly runs recruiting campaigns, organises tours of duty, and innocently sets up the odd party. Its Nicole Minetti, on secondment from the good ship Lombardy, who acts as her right hand, and as the ship’s Social Liaison Officer invited ladies to the parties organised by herself (and Brambilla) ... and that's as far as they are prepared to hint at her involvement.

But, as I have some more information on her, and as she was a TV personality, and is the current Italian Minister for Tourism, she qualifies on 'celebrity' grounds ... just. She has also been drawn into some private scandals of her own .... so, stretching it a little, here we go. She is president of the young entrepreneurs of Confcommercio association and the daughter of an steel wire making industrialist. She runs her own steel making company, but her rise to fame was in the traditional manner for this thread. Yes, she started as a competitor in the Miss Italy competition in 1986... "At 18 I chose to enter Miss Romagna,and I ended up in the finals of Miss Italy"... she didn't win (but would have had SIT and I's votes ), where she came to the attention of Silvio's roaming eye. She then worked for Chanel 5 TV (One of his franchises) as a 'journalistic trainee' .... and then finally she was a television journalist for Berlusconi's Mediaset group, where she was famous for her "sexy" attire. She was then was picked to stand for MP on the 'Forza Italia' ticket, but lost in 2006, but later became a right leaning parliamentary member in her own party .... she was appointed to the government cabinet in May 2008 as the 'nominated' Italian Tourism Minister by Conservative Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi.

She then got dragged into various controversies starting with the "Roman Salute" affair .... according to 'La Repubblica', the photographs were of her giving in an "emotional" way, the "very fascist" gesture. A video of the event was later released, and showed Brambilla, her right arm solemnly folded over her chest, singing Italy's national anthem together with other dignitaries standing on a parade platform. But as the music ends, Brambilla raises the arm stiffly upwards, making the so-called "Roman salute" - the ancient Roman greeting adopted in modern times by Benito Mussolini's Fascists and the Nazis. The Photographs of Brambilla's gesture that appeared in a local newspaper, Gazzetta di Lecco the day after the ceremony, and triggered anger among representatives of Italy's veterans association for World War II partisans, ANPI .... but presumably not the millions of 'ex Fascista' who probably just keep their heads down running Italian Industry, the government, and other state sectors.

But 41-year-old former Miss Italy contestant, Brambilla later scoffed at allegations that she was paying homage to Italy's Fascist past. She accused Italy's opposition left of "discussing the angle at which I raised my arm, in the absence of having anything serious to say" .....

On August 21st 2007 she set up the new Freedom People party apparently with Berlusconi's blessing, the goal of which is to merge the right wing allies of Berlusconi. She has worked very closely with Silvio Berlusconi, the president of the Forza Italia party. Some observers (such as the magazine Panorama), name her as a possible successor to Berlusconi, as leader of the party and of the Italian centre-right. Brambilla has publicly denied such rumours.

Katharina Schratt (11 September 1853 – 17 April 1940)

Katharina Schratt was an Austrian actress. She took an early interest in the theatre, and her parents' efforts to discourage this only increased her ambition. At 18, despite family opposition she joined the Hoftheater in Berlin, achieving considerable success in a short time. She then went back to Austria after only a few months, to join the Viennese city theater. She soon came to the notice of the 'stage door Johnnies' (or whatever the Austrian equivalent was), and one, Hungarian aristocrat Nikolaus Kiss de Ittebe pursued and married her in 1879. She then toured overseas, and appeared on stage in New York, after which she returned permanently to Vienna's Hofburgtheater, She was one of Austria's most popular actresses until she retired in 1900 ....

But, her private life wasn't quite as placid, she appeared at the 1885 Industrial Exhibition in Vienna and attracted the roving eye of the Emperor Franz Joseph, who invited her to perform for visiting Czar Alexander III of Russia. He soon invited her to perform for him betwixt the bedsheets and she became Franz Joseph's intimate companion and mistress .... and they stayed together, even after the murder of the Emperor's wife, Elisabeth, in 1898.

They had one falling out 1900, due to a difference in opinions, but after about a year resumed their affair, and remained together until his death in November 1916 ..... one assumes that her husband reaped the usual rewards for his acquiescence ... titles or promotions. She was amply rewarded with generous gifts including a mansion near the Schönbrunn Palace, and a three-story palace on the Kärntner Ring, just across from the Vienna State Opera ... handy for work then.

After the death of Franz Joseph, she lived completely withdrawn in her palace on the Kärntner Ring. She turned down large financial offers for her memoirs (but then she had a decent pension from Franz). In later years, Schratt became deeply religious (don't they all?). After her death in 1940 at the age of 86, she was buried in the Hietzing Cemetery in Vienna.

• It is said that Franz Joseph's wife Empress Elisabeth actually promoted the relationship between the actress and the Emperor

Michelle Leslie (aka Michelle Lee), is an Australian model, who started working after her father gave her a course at a modeling school as a 15th birthday present. She took another course and then left school in order to pursue a full time modeling career. She became one of the "most prominent catwalk and catalogue models" in the state ... naturally TV beckoned, and she was in one of those interminable "Reality" shows that plague modern TV schedules .... this one was called ' Search for a Supermodel' in 2000. She couldn't bypass the beauty contest either, and in the same year she was first runner-up in the 2000 Miss World Australia pageant held in Darwin. Her exotic looks (she was half Filipino) meant she was in big demand within Asia, appearing under the name "Michelle Lee".

But then came the 'Oops' moment .... In August 2005, two pills were discovered by police in her handbag at open-air dance party at GWK park on the Indonesian (and Hindu) island of Bali, but which as we all know is run by the largely Muslim country of Indonesia. They were suspected as being drugs, and a blood test found traces of amphetamines in her system (the pills turned out to be the drug ecstasy). In a classic, 'Why me ...its someone else's fault' moment, Indonesian police said that after her initial denials, she apparently claimed that the pills were given to her by a friend, "Mia" (another model named Nameera Azmaan), who not surprisingly strenuously denied having given them to Ms Leslie

The then Australian Prime Minister, John Howard, commented after her arrest that Australians caught with drugs "can't expect the Government to bail them out" .... So threatened with a possible 15 yrs in an Indonesian prison, her crack defence team of legal weasels pulled out all the stops ....

• Firstly, a report from a Sydney doctor was provided to prosecutors stating that she was 'addicted to prescription medication', which was really lucky because as it so happens, this reduced the maximum possible sentence from 15 years, to 3 months!
• Then Ms Leslie began wearing Islamic dress in prison and announced through a spokesman that she had converted to the islam some eighteen months prior to her arrest (without anyone knowing, what with her wearing next to no clothes on model shoots)... which was a lucky turn of events as well (she was on a role!).
• She then donned a burqa on one occasion when she appeared in court, and opted to wear Islamic dress, such as traditional Muslim hijab, until she was released from Prison.

The trial concluded with her being found guilty of using a prohibited substance. She was sentenced to three months in jail but, in another stroke of good fortune, due to her having served the three months already in custody, she was freed the next day. She was deported to Singapore where she spent time with friends and family before returning to Australia .... and so with one bound she was free!!

Oddly, her fervour for being a muslim apparently diminished with every air mile travelled away from Indonesia ..... and by the time she arrived in the land of OZ, she was back to 'normal', backtracking on her conversion. She gave an interview stating that she did not "really know what makes you or not makes you a muslim", and that she was "not a practising muslim".... gosh I am surprised. Cynics might suspect that she may have been fibbing about being a muslim ... but not me, oh no ... the religious clothing was now described as just a defence against prison rape by the guards, and to stop the press viewing her. And this from a Lingerie model! ... she wore tight-fitting clothes when she left Indonesia .... see below

Some muslims now suggested that she stop modelling (especially in little or no clothes), as it wasn't allowed to muslim's, but by April 2006, she was back modelling swimwear again ... her career then took a different turn in 2007, she launched a range of clothing for dogs, and got engaged to a Non muslim. Some critics later accused her of having "introduced the world to disposable Islam" ... and incidentally thus risking death for being an 'apostate' .... she was lucky once again, because no death threats.

Trivia:

• Albert Leslie her father, was later known both as a former Olympian (Basketball 1968), and as assistant coach to the Adelaide 36ers basketball team.
• At the time of arrest, Leslie was in the company of Ms Azman and, allegedly, one of the sons of the then Coordinating Minister for the Economy and a Billionaire muslim, and two other unidentified men .... not hard to guess that they were another couple of religious hypocrites, who according to their religion should not have been drinking alcohol, or popping pills with western models at a 'rave' either. But possibly lucky for her, as the fear of the scandal if she had named names may have 'helped' the court give her a light sentence.

Pepi Lederer was an American actress and writer. She was born in to a theatrical family, her mother, Reine Davies (née Douras) was a stage actress and the sister of actresses Rosemary Davies and Marion Davies, while her father, George Lederer, produced musical comedies. Her lucky or unlucky break came when her aunt, Marion Davies became the mistress of William Randolph Hearst ... and Hearst took responsibility for the well being of Pepi and her several siblings, so she spent a good deal of her youth at Hearst Castle.

She had ambitions to become an actress as well, but her aunt and Hearst were far more interested in the career of her brother and although she had a small part in the movie 'Her Cardboard Lover', and also a part in 'The Fair Co-ed' in 1927 (which was left on the cutting room floor), it was obvious that she wasn't going to make it. She then discovered she was pregnant ... she had an abortion. She allegedly claimed afterward that she had been 'raped while unconscious drunk' .... She went to London in 1930, an ended up with a token job as a writer on one of Hearst's English magazines, 'The Connoisseur', but in 1935 she returned to New York with an English girl friend 'Monica Morris' .... Ms Morris was well known in London lesbian circles. A friend told Brooks, “My God, the Stage-Door Ferret! Don’t tell me Monica has latched onto Pepi!”. Apparently Monica had earned her nick-name because she was the most predatory among the group of girls who had fought over Tallulah Bankhead when she became a star of the London theatre in 1923.

Though she was considered a captivating girl, her acting ambitions were stalled in the blocks, and she had turned her voracious appetite's, to sex, rich foods, alcohol, and perhaps inevitably, cocaine .... She was later exposed as a girl who had swung both ways as she and screen goddess Louise Brooks were 'close friends' (she first met Brooks at San Simeon in 1928), and Brooks later claimed to friends, that they had been romantically involved for a while. Lederer also told friends she would never forget the look on her Aunt Ethel’s face when she opened a bedroom door to a Hearst house on Lexington Avenue, and found her in bed with a black actress, Nina May McKinney (the lead black actress in King Vidors 1929 film "Hallelujah").

By 1935, back in New York, her drug addiction had overtaken her life, and her aunt Marion and Hearst had her committed to a mental hospital to receive a 'drug cure' ..... while she was in their care, she either fell while trying to escape, or jumped out of a window, the fall killing her near instantly. Delicia Cordon is a model ..... something of a specialist one might say. If you are like me, you will have probably not seen her on television in a music video She has appeared in music videos for hip hop artists such as Jagged Edge, Ludacris, John Legend, Plies, T-Pain, Kanye West and Twista .... one of the videos was for the song “Money Maker”. She has also done many photo shoots and posed for many men’s magazines including Smooth, Complex, SHOW, Black Men’s, XXL and King, where no doubt some of you will have seen her . ... She is also an aspiring actress. She has apparently appeared in the Lifetime Television movie, 'Girls Night Out' and more recently she worked in the urban drama 'Days of Wrath', She even has her own modeling video available at Best Buy ..... a look at the pictures may give you a clue as to her talents.

Needless to say, as a low level 'celeb', she had a boyfriend cut from the same cloth as her .... he was the younger brother of ex NFL quarterback Michael Vick and in June 2008 they were having an altercation in the car when a motor bike cop approached them. He challenged them about their argument and asked for identification ... at this point Vick sped away.

Needless to say the the police caught up with them, and charged him with DUI, eluding police, driving on the wrong side of the road, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license and Delicia with being drunk in public ....
