When I was 14 a girl in my class did these sort of photos and got paid for them. They ended up in some sleazy magazine about a year later. Luckily one of my classmates had a dad who left his mag collection within easy reach of my mate. Her name was Jane but in the magazine it was Suzy, a common nom de plume for girls who modelled and tried to remain anonymous. The only criticism was that she looked more respectable and more plain in class than in the photoshoot. Her blonde hair was always loose and straight but in the pics she had bunches and pigtails.
As an aside she married at 16 to a guy 29. I wondered if he had an influence on her modelling career that only lasted 2 years.

I recall this story. The '60s sexploiter' was Shaun Costello.
The movie about enemas was (of course) "Waterpower".
The distributor did ask for a movie with 'schoolgirls'. But Shaun could not really find enough performers who could pass for schoolgirls. He made the movie anyhow. The distibutor guy's reaction was it should be called 'Life Begins At Forty'.
