Someone earlier posted a series of images of girls in bloomers. Here are a few of my favourite model in bloomers that I do not think have been posted here before.

I really do think this is important. While I understand people's interest (and obviously nostalgia) we ought to apply some personal life experience to this. Nick is absolutely correct to withhold those 'other factors' and I sincerely hope (and fully expect) regulars here will not press him publicly or privately on these points.

Many thanks. I think I do have those shots but if they are not up, yours are very welcome to one and all. I agree the likelihood of these photographs being taken on colour stock with a large format camera are remote (the colour work used on the S&S covers may have been by using expensive separations) but something about the tonal range recalled the problem of turning colour slides into greyscales. It might be the explanation could be had in 'post production'; that is, since the images were first taken and printed. Perhaps subsequent scanning? It is a small point but I felt I should say something about the narrow tonal range in the images I've posted. I have gone as far as I know how to counter this without producing something which is falsified.

In fact when I leg after writing the above, there it was. Can the moderator do anything about this?
