Default Field Quick Reply

"Field Quick Reply" in each thread is not rolled (about button Expand/Collapse in the right corner), but the PM is fine. I use Firefox 32, Chrome is OK. Is it possible to somehow fix it?

Thanks in advance

I checked again on a clean version of Firefox 33 (without additives) and the problem exists. I suspect that the reason is my Windows XP operating system, does anyone else have this problem?

No.

I'm on FF33 and XP - with add-ons etc.

It is not about the "Post Quick Reply" button, but the arrow (indicated by the cursor on the screenshot 2) which allows (collapse / expand) the box "Quick Reply" See Screenshot.

I've got XP SP3, FF31 and adblock and I can't see that double arrow in the top corner.

My current system: Pentium 4 PC with XP , pale moon browser with add ons imagegrabber, google images search and adblock e

so indeed an XP issue : the editor field stays empty, notably with newer posts since last wednesday November 04, 2014.

Also when trying to use the quote option; posts that contain images uploaded with pimp and host imagehoster also stay empty, imagebam and imagevenue posts seem to be unaffected

I do not understand / know what the problem is . the editor mode is already set to full WYS... etc. mode.

So me also out of posting/editing and reacting on other posts

Regards, haVEFun here.

addition: Now also posts with imagebam hosting images are affected!, unable to quote these posts also, there is also this thread regarding these problems:

Try using the standard editor instead of WYSIWYG, this works for me.

We have some strange issues with editing and quoting, not sure why but I told tech about it.

Yes , it functions OK now, thanks Jenny! Sup Mod Al Gebra also pointed this via PM!

how to do that in quick:

via : UserCP, select Your profile; then Edit Options; scroll to the bottom of that page: go to Message editor interface

Message editor interface now set to standard editor - extra formatting controls.

With kind regards, haVEFun here

Can a moderator check this page (source) under XP VM and pay attention to the "Field Quick Reply" if you see a double arrow. I think how it would depend on the OS it on all browsers would be the same.
