I have seen the fantastic film That's outrageous of Fred J. Lincoln recently.

She also may have appeared in 1984's "From Russia with lust" but finding the movie has been pretty tough. IAFD has a separate entry for her here for this film:

But I can't confirm her presence without screencaps. If she is in the film, she probably is Russian and the VCA folks were capitalizing on the cold war and James Bond angle. A good idea would be to scour some of the movie mags of that era for any promotional spreads of her. Usually when a new star debuted, the publicity blitz went hand in hand. AFAIK, she has no thread here but you are welcome to search and can create one for her if it doesn't exist.

I have watched the film Bucky's '70s Triple XXX Movie House Trailers Vol. 7 witch it includes the loop "From Russia with lust". I didn't see her . But maybe I'm wrong.

I don't think your loop and the feature film are one and the same. Cara Lott is in the VCA production.
