Who is she?
My 1st thought was Audrey Hollander, but I do not have any confirmation.

And I do not know if this is a Screen shot from a movie or not.

All in all she reminds me to a waitress in a cafeteria at my university 20 years ago...

To answer the OP's question, no, I don't think it's Audrey Hollander, but I could be wrong.

Yes, I concur, it doesn't look like AH, although, considering that she's a performer who prides herself on rough, extreme and challenging sex, I wouldn't put anything past her.

BTW: I think, we can see it as beeing confirmed that the unknown girl is not Hollander - Hollander has just over her butt a Tattoo, the unknown Lady not. (See pics below).
Furthermore Hollander´s hair is significant lighter and the unknown Lady has more trained and muscled body.

The copper-red hair color with curly perm was very fashion in Europe in particular in the early to mid 90s. So plausibly the image was taken in that period.
