@bloke57: I only ever liked one album by U2 out of everything they've made in their entire career: WAR was okay. But even then, some of the lyrics were too overtly pretentious and "Christian" for me.

@Everyone: By now, the Kartrashians and the Jenners probably have their own threads at VEF because they are considered Modern Celebrities and some guys might find them to be attractive-looking. But compared to some of the girls on VEF, they are mediocre.

Of all in the Friends ensemble, I found Cox, Schwimmer and Aniston the least interesting.

Aniston's entire movie career has been disposable to me, with the exception of The Good Girl, and even THERE I think the movie would have been much better if they had cast somebody else in her role. Even movies she has been in that I liked...for instance, Bruce Almighty was okay. But not because of anything having to do with her. Same with Rock Star: it was an okay movie, but she has no range as an actress, so whenever she's onscreen, it's like "there's Jennifer Aniston" instead of as a viewer buying into her actually being the character she's 'portraying'...

She was decent in Office Space. I'll give her that one. However, ANY actress could have pulled that role off. Aniston as an actress in ANY of the films she has appeared in is interchangeable with ANY other actress in her age range, and the result wouldn't suffer in the least for it.

Plus, Kim Kardashian is a lazy lay.

He always said as far as Academy Awards goes, any award you give yourself isn't worth having.

For the dozens (89) of prestige pictures he produced at Universal & MGM in the 20s & 30s he never took a screen credit. Once took credit for writing a script using his initials.

I used to love the Oscars show when I was a kid. Once I grew up, I came to realize they are meaningless.

Reeves and Mortimer;
French and Saunders;
Lenny Henry;
Eddie Izzard;
Alan Davies;
Caroline Quentin;
Paddy McGuire;
Vernon Kay;
Graham Norton.

That will do for starters.

Perfect summation of my own thoughts. Can't even remember the last time I watched an awards show, but I'm pretty sure I was still in High School.

I'd agree with the rest of the list though.

And count me in on anti-Lynch and Clooney crowd.

And to add my own: Lonzo Ball and the rest of the Ball clan.

I didn't watch the A-Team movie, because it was another questionable remake.
As a huge fan of the original I'd agree except for one reason. It had Morena Baccarin and Lisa Van der Voort in it who turned out to be mother and daughter.

I would watch Morena Baccarin read the phone book.
