It is Golden Girls Film Loop #174 called 'Peach Pie'. Unfortunately reachman's file no longer exists on rapidgator :

I've seen two versions:
rare,longer and silent loop with a hazy picture (reachman) approx 7:21
clearer and shortened version with a musical background approx 2:07

A Gfox_2000 upgrade of reachman's version of GG#174 and we will all think that we have died and gone to heaven
