I'm quite sure it's a girl called Kathrin Killington who was in the issue March/1999 of "Hustler's Busty Beauties". Unfortunately I haven't got the layout anymore, only the contents page:  As this name can nowhere be found elsewhere, she probably used other aliases, too. I'd say Hustler's Kathrin Killington looks like a winner but we need corroboration of the name from another source. Also based on her look and the name of her photographer there may be something in some Eastern European database.
