I don't think they'd all have made it to a gulag. In Soviet times we had the death penalty. In Stalin's time it was worst, because in some cases you could be executed without a trial

I had a colleague who was sent to an archive to search for someone. This was much later in the 80s. He told me about a file he read that said: "Executed on xx.xx.xx" followed by another entry a year or so later that said something like: "The above execution was the wrong person who had the same name. The real offender was executed on yy.yy.yy"

I've heard they made them kneel, and shot them in the back of the neck. I think the Chinese still do that. Sounds horrifying, but honestly... I don't know what's worse. Would it be better to be tied to an electric chair?

You prove by yourself that you are probably able to select good and healthy food.

Look at my "Communist" proposition.
If people are fat, these people have to go to the administration office and they give to the fat people a card in which they get a limit of what they can buy to eat. (Like a debit card for your money) When the fat person goes to the shop, he gives his card to the cashier or a machine and he knows which type or quantity of food he can afford to buy.
That's an example... for sure it could be improved.
Healthy food and regulated quantities in case of problems. What is wrong about this?

Even though I am not fat, I still like to eat junk food. And the first thing that would be tried is high taxes on "unhealthy" food. That has actually already been proposed here. So, what, I am supposed to pay 12 dollars for a bag of Doritos, because of fat people? They pulled the same shit with cigarettes.

Then they'll try BANNING the junk food. So I can no longer HAVE Doritos with my barbeque sandwich. Fuuuuuck that.

They'll do the above because the first thing the fat person will do when he finds out he can't buy a package of Reeses cups or a sack of Lays BBQ potato chips, is to get a skinny person who is ALLOWED to buy that stuff under your system to go into a market and buy it, and then pay the skinny person a premium over the purchase price for his "black market" junk food.

Capitalism. it's just so hard to kill.

And I suppose that if you had anything to say about it, there would be a 200 percent tax on my barbecue sandwich too.

The more asinine regulation you have, the more legal abominations and miscarriage of justice you have. Period.

Let the fat people gorge on triple Whoppers and Cinnabons and giant Starbucks lattes and kick off before age 50 of heart disease, if that's the way they absolutely have to live. You can warn them of the consequences, but if they won't listen, then tough shit for them.
