For me its the airplane movie when he's talking about the sick girl to the pilot

Nielsen: How long before we can land?
Pilot: I can't tell
N: You can tell me I'm a doctor
P: I mean I don't know
N: Well can you guess?
P: Not for at least two hours
N(looking incredulous): You can't guess for two hours?!?

A real comedy genius who delivered deadpan lines in a league of his own. He will be sadly missed
