"Jan" has always been one of my all time favorites as this copy of Mayfair was the first men's magazine I'd seen.

Better quality scans of her Mayfair pictures would be appreciated.

I found this scan someowhere which must be a repeat of the same set - entitled Stag May 1975.

Jan was an actress and model who appeared in the Peter Sellers/Spike Milligan film “The Great MacGonagall” (Scotland's worst poet and tragedian). The blurb says that she danced (naked) in the film. From Mayfair Volume 10 number 1 – January 1975.

Scanned at 300dpi then scaled 50% and resampled to 150 dpi.

Thanks for that titbit which I've just found.
There is indeed a nude dancing scene in The Great McGonagall but up to now I haven't been able to put a name to her because she is uncredited.

This then must be Jan Adair ...

In this scene McGonagall (Spike Milligan) has been hit on the head in a jail cell and is hallucinating the naked dancer.
