Today's drink is from Austria: Hirter Privat Pilsner: Pours a medium golden amber and has a half finger sized white head which lasts for awhile. Alcohol content 5.2%. Tastes of sweet malt and lemon. Moderate amount of hop bitterness. Just ok overall.

99p at Aldi. Very acceptable session bitter. The generous head had disappeared after I had faffed about getting some chunks of cheese then got the camera going.

You're too hard on yourself. We could freeze you in liquid nitrogen instead.

Old friend of mine, a now retired doctor and former diabetes treatment specialist told me that there was no problem with drinking in moderation when on antibiotics. "Just a doctor thing" he said.

Wink Hell no I can't just pick it up and set it right... I`m a Mod , I don't do manual labor ... Or actually any Modding either for that matter

Am supping copious amounts of Stella Artois.
You've seen images of that though loads of times.
So instead took a snap of my front door.
Yes that`s Casa`Del`Joker.
Which I`m now going to have move from.
Before returning back to then carpet bomb the place , for gross betrayal.
You can all see why

Uh huh , that rogue plant has totally thrown off me homes Feng Shui

Can you buy that locally Footstep? I googled it and was surprised that it wasn't rated more highly by drinkers on beeradvocate.com

However, one reviewer rated it as 4.34 out of 5 and said:

"First, I have never had a cork get between me and a great ale. (This cork did not win, but it was a struggle.)
Once I got the cork out, 3 Monts was terrific.
To me, 3 Monts is more amber than golden, but it Looks terrific... full in foam and it hung around.
Smell is malty, fruity, inviting. Taste is fulfilling, a rich brew of barley and just enough spicing to say "good."
Feel is soft. A great accompaniment to food."

Reviewed in Roger Protz' CAMRA classic "300 Beers To Try Before You Die!"
3 Monts also is listed on the "1001."
