Similar appearance, however Dulcia is a modern model who appears to have started modeling in 2014 while the OP mystery model is from the 1990s.

I have run across some pics of her from the white shirt/ wicker chair set posted above, but with a very old ATK watermark (pre 1999?) and a "Bo Tan" copyright signature, no date. I have about 20 pics and her name is given as Felicia. I don't believe I can post the pics since ATK watermarked is forbidden, and not sure if its for real, but thought I would share.
