2021 update: Celebrity Movie Archive recently uploaded HD clips from Zapped! and they listed this scene as "Jeanette Linne and numerous unknown women." It's definitely her. I've also spotted her brief appearance in The Idolmaker. She was sporting a different hairdo than her usual, which probably made her easy to miss the first time I checked. In the 1966 comedy Penelope, there's a flashback sequence in which a lecherous anthropology professor (Jonathan Winters) rips Natalie Wood's dress off, leaving her in bra and panties.

Winters clearly has rape on his mind, but it was perfectly OK to play the scene for laughs in those pre-PC days.

I try to revive this thread for I am a big fan of "clothes ripped off in humorous situations". I grew up with Benny Hill who was (and still is) my god. I loved when girls fell out of their clothes in the most unexpected moments, in a little bit naughty but altogether funny and good-natured atmosphere.

I thought to something some of you may like: in France, in the 80's, a guy named Collaro ran different TV comedy shows under close names : "Cocoboy", "Cocoricocoboy"... It was a classic format from that time mixing skits, spoofs, and sequences with marionnettes mocking local politicians, a parody of the "Muppet Show" named "Bebete Show" (with the french president as Kermit the frog)

Except the "Bebete show", it didn't always age very well and many gags were often lame, and would be considered non-PC by today standards (with a caricatural chinese guy in traditional clothes announcing spoof adverts, this kind of stuff).

At one point, Collaro spiced things up, making it a bit saucy with a girl starting impromptu topless dance into some skits. This became the famous "Playmate du samedi soir" (Saturday night playmate) which sparkled some debate in France, because all of this happened on prime-time access. There was as well a lovely troupe of hot babes named "Les coco-girls", who was dancing and singing as a transition between two skits, dressed in maid outfits (those were recruited as dancers from "Crazy Horse" cabaret, and were really gorgeous).

In 1987, Collaro brought his show on a new channel, la 5, created by italian mogul Berlusconi, on the same model existing in Italy. It was named "Collaricocoshow" and for me, it was the best period regarding the "risqué" content, with the playmates, the cocogirls, etc. (only the new puppets were less good).

The show was always introduced by a TV hostess who was never able to conclude her presentation speech because of clothes incidents! That's why I posted it here...
