I think it is Jo Danbury on the cover of the February 1966 issue of Dude Magazine.

February magazines are printed in the previous year, so this magazine probably has a copyright date of 1965 inside, but is really the Feb 66 issue.

These are probably import-marks for the UK, i.e. someone stamped this stuff by hand on the imported copy. Main reason why I think that is the printed-on price: 5 shillings.

Apologies for being off-topic, just wanted to clarify that confusion.
