I don't think it's as black-and-white as that, though. Certainly, there is at least one girl at every table who is a "plant" (local escorts, according to some message boards, rather than actual porn stars). It's pretty obvious who it is, as it's always (or almost always) the first girl at each table who agrees to jerk or blow the stripper. Some real girls do get involved with some of the action (usually after the stripper has made the rounds a few times with more and more people getting involved), though.

Every now and then (at least on the DVD releases), you can see someone in the background running to/from somewhere with some paperwork in-hand, and I noticed it was either right before or right after a "new" girl had partaken in some action. Presumably, a model release so that her action could be legally included.

In some of the other releases, you can see them fade out/fade in right before a 'new' girl joins the action. I figure it's also something to do with stopping tape to sign a release.

So yes, many of the girls (particularly the ones who go all the way and take facials) are likely escorts planted to get things going (in fact, many of these escorts appear on multiple volumes of this series), but there are lots of real girls there, some who do some stuff (and/or show their racks), and some who don't participate at all.
