Same girl... probably same program/competition. Looks like it's from a Latin American-based show based on the "En vivo" sign in the background. I feel like I've seen her name before, but I just can't remember. Wish I saved all of this when I had the chance.

I've been trying to get a better quality of this one. I've purchased a few Lowrider DVDs but have yet to find this exact competition. I think it's based in Texas as one of the girl does seem familiar.

That Power 106 logo is from a radio station in the Greater Los Angeles area, so more than likely its on a Low Rider show in LA post-1993 as that logo design wasn't used before that year.
