Both names are valid, she didn't do many movies - she did however appear in quite a few loops. Hard to say which should be more prevalent or common as she is credited with only a few titles with both names. Most of her loop appearances don't use either of these. IAFD recently merged both under Irene Wilson and made Hill her AKA.

The image posted by Wrinskelle is Laurie Smith I believe, and it is the back cover of the magazine. Laurie Smith also has a lengthy pictorial inside this issue.
