(I have also had very good results with their free versions of CCleaner and Defraggler ... but FIND your files FIRST!)

e.d.

Thanks for the suggestion on Piriform's Recuva. I finally got around to trying it and it did a better job of recovering the files completely with no corruption than a couple of other programs I tried. The only downside I noticed was that it tended to recover the files from the first location that they existed on the drive rather than in the folders to which I had organized them into. Not a big deal for me, but it could mean a lot of work for someone with thousands of files.

Default Reposting corrections?

The rules say not to copy and re-post pictures.

Some postings include stills from movies that are in the wrong aspect ratio, such as being squeezed anamorphically.

Also, many of the pictures are unnecessarily dark.

Is it permitted to reply to a post with the same pictures in the correct aspect ratio? Or with a better contrast setting?

I couldn't find a better place to ask this question and I hope this is ok to post this here.

I had posted twice in the Veronica Zemanova thread asking a question and upon subsequent visits, I have noticed that they are not there or have been removed?

I'm just wondering what might be going on.

Thanks

It's because the model threads are only for posting content, pics and vids.
Have a read of the Modern Models section rules.

This is not the correct place to post your question, this is the usefull programs thread.

I feel a bit of an idiot to have to ask such a basic question having been at VEF for quite a long time, but could someone tell me what piece of freeware software (for Windows Vista) can create photoset thumbnails such as the one below?

Revo uninstaller will even look for leftover files that the regular uninstall leaves behind.
