Appeared in Paul Raymond publications (and possibly elsewhere) around 1997.

Google Image Search suggests this is a Lisa Kudrow fake.

i can't tell it often enough - use your eyes instead of trusting google image search alone
 the image search tells us that this image is a source for an existing Lisa Kudrow fake

The image appears to be legit as the face is certainly not Lisa Kudrow.
