A couple of things to take into consideration. Be sure that the material is from 1995 or later and don't post any obvious body-building content. (eg, scans from body-building mags, serious weight lifting / weight training or vids / images from body-building competitions) Athletics, aerobics, cross training, general fitness stuff is fine. Check out the thread and you'll get the general idea. And if you have any questions about something you want to post, you can always contact a moderator.
