I haven't made my mind up about her. I'll wait and see what/how she delivers on Brexit, assuming the Tories get re-elected. If they don't, she'll go down in history as an even bigger fool than David Cameron.

for the first six months it was just 'Brexit means Brexit' for last month just 'Strong and stable leadership' and deflect any question or personal criticism by slagging off Jeremy Corbyn. |

Latest poll shows Tory lead cut to five points
Theresa May’s poll lead has fallen to five points a fortnight before the general election — the smallest margin over Labour since she came to power. A YouGov poll for The Times puts Labour on 38 per cent of the vote, up three points since the end of last week and the party’s best performance since Jeremy Corbyn became leader in September 2015. The Conservatives are down one point to 43 per cent, the Liberal Democrats up one point to 10 per cent and Ukip up one to 4 per cent. If the swing is replicated in every constituency Mrs May would lose seats and the Conservatives would have an overall majority of two, down from 17. Details: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/edition/n...-may-rgmckfnpp Corbyn links terror threat to wars abroad UK foreign policy would change under a Labour government to one that "reduces rather than increases the threat" to the country, Jeremy Corbyn is to say. As election campaigning resumes after the attack in Manchester, the Labour leader will point to links between wars abroad and "terrorism here at home". In a speech, Mr Corbyn will say the "war on terror is simply not working". Details: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/election-2017-40053427

That Genie is well out of the bottle, it will be interesting to see what Jezzer suggests as his plan B, I feel he is too soft in his views on scum who don't share our values.

It looks like the Conservative Party is going to implement austerity if May wins? How do the people feel about that prospect?

Actually an austerity programme was initiated in 2010 by the Conservative and Liberal Democrat coalition government as a response to the Great Recession.

I can't speak for anyone else throughout the country but apart from the endless wall-to-wall coverage in the media it's been surprising quiet compared to previous elections.
In the last few weeks I've only had just FOUR leaflets through my letterbox (including one today) and nothing else! No phone calls, emails, knocks at the door... |

So Jezzer is at least right in addressing half of the problem. Theresa May hasn't inspired confidence. What is the point of putting the army on the streets? She'd do better to ensure that likely terrorist scum are deprived of their passports wherever possible. |
