Flash and Video download 1.62, allows you to download flash videos from most sites(dailymotion has its own extensions).

The download box sits top right corner of page, when a link is available for download, a video box appears next to the download box, left click on the box and save link, download begins.

Use add on option to set parameters.

Since Video Download Helper changed a few years ago not all videos are downloadable.

I'm on a Mac and it wants me to do something in my Terminal which I don't feel comfortable messing with.

Are there any other add-ons that work better specifically for YouTube videos?

I have an ipad and would like to get a peer to peer system download for it. I tried firefox and still not able to,any suggestions anyone?

Is there any reason I no longer get a Browse button to upload an image with Firefox 51.0.1 for Mac? Is their any known fix for getting it back?

you will need to keep a copy of FF 43.0 handy and use this to hoover as normal.

If you are using AdBlockPlus, one of the lists is blocking scripts that are needed here for certain functions to work. You have to check blocked scripts and enable the Pimp&Host plugin script to see the "browse" button.

Is there anyway to stop the notification pop-up when you click on a log-in box telling you this site is not secure, it happens everytime and is $@#%^ annoying

Yup. Do the following:

Go to the address bar, type in about:config and change these settings if you want it gone.

Copy/Paste into search:

Code:

security.insecure_field_warning.contextual.enabled

Right click on the preference string and toggle to false.

Copy/Paste into search:

Code:

signon.autofillForms.http

Right click on the preference string and toggle to true.

Close the about:config tab when you're done.
