No. That is highly advanced intoxication.

He is not a young man and he should be mindful of his own health. When the human liver stops working the consequences are horrible to the sufferer and pretty nasty for their family and friends. This man is an alcoholic and unless he dries out, he will pay a terrible price for it.

I don't like him and I don't know why I should give a damn, yet I find that I do. I don't enjoy watching him humiliate himself like this. I don't feel very much sympathy or pity, but I do feel some. I really hope he will wake up and smell the coffee before it's too late.

If it was the first time that he was caught "being drunk"... but no... he's well-known about this.

That's show that our "democratic" institutions don't get "guardrails" when people reach a certain level of power in our societies.

We had exactly the same cases in Switzerland, with well-known and highly ranked politicians who were more famous to be daily drunk and "rude" than to professionaly exerce their missions.

For sure some people are brilliant and smart alcoholics, but they still are ... alcoholics.

BTW, hundred of thousand European workers are not that sure that Mr Junker is that brilliant.

The guy IS actually brilliant: he has made Luxembourg one of the greatest tax haven ever, and pushed the capitalists leaders of each EU country to punish their people living on social aids cos' it was costing "un pognon de dingue !!" (a f****ng bunch of money) to the EU.
