Although there is some resemblance, I am sure this is not Olivia Bass. She has been a favourite of mine ever since I first saw her as Wanda Wantalot in Whitehouse over thirty years ago, so I feel very familiar with her features.

Compare the photos below. Olivia has a wider and differently shaped mouth, a nose that is broader all the way up, and considerably larger areolae:-

She also looked rather older than the unknown blonde in 1987.

Why provisional?

I'm not criticising, just mystified.

We've had "provisional" solves in the past where the issue was with the name, i.e. something like "best known as so far, but don't let us stop you from finding an even better handle". But I doubt that's the case here?

Maybe I missed some other kind(s)/senses of provisional?

It was marked provisional because there was no link to her thread, just to a legwarmers post. After spending nearly 2 hours processing the daily threads I just didn't have the time nor the inclination to go searching for proof. In a case like this the provisional designation serves as a reminder to take a second look later if no proof has been offered in the meantime.
