Fake?

This photo has been circulating around the 'net for years. I seem to recall it was identified as a model from some loop made in the 1950s but I don't recall her name if indeed one was given. The Fake Detective has no entry because the photo has not been faked - it is simply mis-identified.

If someone has name for this model, please post.
