Not here in Melbourne, winter like overnight temps and with wind chill factor even if sunny outside still on the chilly side

Although definitely not as cold as it gets in some places, I remember attending a couple of V8 Supercar (Aussie version of Nascar, just no oval tracks) events in Canberra in the early 00's and the cold there went through multiple layers of clothes including thermal underwear....
