The pictorial featured two ladies, which by itself was rather shocking in those days. But more importanly, the setting was B&D-oriented, and such displays were completely unheard of. Please remember that this was 1976 - nobody had heard of Madonna and her kinky lifestyle - so an all-girl B&D pictorial was sure to raise a few ... eyebrows.
