I use to watch that a lot, and I remember him well on the show.

To me he always reminded me of Kevin Costner! Although he could be a little hot-headed at times, if you watch shows like this enough you do actually feel has if you actually get to know them has actual friends (and that includes Lisa, Austin and Alex).
From what I can remember from the show he did have a son called Reno, who actually appeared in one season.

Default Joe Sutter "Father of the 747"

If you've ever flown in a 747 or any wide bodied airliner, you have this man to
thank/blame for much of the design.

Joe Sutter, who was dubbed “Father of the 747” by the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum, has died at age 95. As the former chief engineer of Boeing’s 747, Sutter is credited with leading the birth of the first widebody airliner, which ushered in the globe-shrinking age of mass air travel.

In 1985 Sutter received the US National Medal of Technology from President Ronald Reagan ...

One final word on Gene Wilder. In 'Silver Streak' which is a great comedy thriller, he and Pryor are on the run and have to hide out in a toilet. Wilder is told he has to find some sort of disguise and decides to 'black' up and taking a ghetto blaster he and Pryor saunter out pretending to be street hip complete with that one-step hop that they have. It is an hilarious scene, perhaps a little too PC these days, but back then it had the whole cinema in stitches.

That was last season. He had a big fall out with Polar Industries boss and started out on his own. So brought in Reno to help him as he got more work and bigger loads to carry.

Default Richard Neville

"Richard Neville: Oz magazine co-founder dies aged 74"

'The publication of the magazine in London lead to the men being charged with "conspiracy to corrupt public morals" in the 1970s.
The trial resulted in the men being given prison sentences — a decision that was eventually overturned on appeal.

John Lennon and Yoko Ono marched in rallies to protest their guilty verdict

Peter Kingston, who worked as a cartoonist on the Oz, said his life would have "taken a very different course without Neville".
He said Neville was an "Absolutely adorable person, adorable human being, and very concerned about the world and the environment, all the good things," he said.

"He is a man who leaves us with a wonderful legacy, not just for historians interested in the legal intricacies of various cases, but here is a person who stood against conservative Australia in the 1960s and the early 1970s and left a mark."
