Patti Page
Patti Page (born Clara Ann Fowler on 8 November 1927, in Claremore, Oklahoma, USA). Though Patti is mostly known as one of the best known female singers in traditional pop music, she has acted in such films as "Elmer Gantry" (1960), "Dondi" (1961) and "Boys' Night Out" (1962). She was the best-selling female vocalist of the 1950's and in 1951 her rendition of "The Tennessee Waltz" became the biggest hit of her career. It was #1 on the Billboard charts for 30 weeks and over the years it would sell over 10 million copies.
