In a test cricket match in 1979 between England and Australia, bowler Graham Dilley took the wicket of batsman Dennis Lillee, caught by Peter Willey.

So it was Lillee caught Willey bowled Dilley.

the term " put a sock in it " meaning to shut someone up originates from the time when gramaphone players had no volume control so to quieten it you would put a sock in the horn .

Scottish Bagpipes are made from the carcasses of small animals that have some legs shorter than the other legs because they go around the summits of very small hills in only one direction.

Actually Greenman, the males are Boys and the females are Skirls.

They only use skirls in the making of the Bagpipes. Hence the phrase "The skirl o' the pipes".

Santeefats, isn't the fact that Greenman knows there are Boys and Skirls proof enough?

And house prices will crash .
And the cost of cheap and obedient labour in leafy parts of north London will sky rocket .
