No id, but I think it's the same model on the covers of Cheri, 1994-01 & described in the text as being Dutch, on the cover of Cheri, 1994-Holiday, & Best of High Society no.74.
The name Channell also turns up on that site for some other mags including Cheri, 1995-12 (set with Brandi), & some others I can't check at present because that site's temporarily uncooperative.  edit: also on cover of Cheri, 1997-10.
